An important concept often confused with traditional monitoring approaches. Think holistically! "See the forest for the trees."

just a simple costume and some good effects and It got my full attention to learn more about this unrated topic that companies have no idea how to implement other than to keep buying and switching between tools.

I really liked that it focusses just on the core concepts, giving a nice overview over the most important aspects, namely the overall architecture of observability platforms, their goals, and some of the core things to watch out for when building one, for example data silos. I would recommend taking this 30 minute course for anybody working on distributed systems who hasn't been exposed to observability as a concept or wants to get some poignant overview on the field. Disclaimer: I am employee of the company Observe, Inc., that created this training. The above is my (as best as possible) honest and unbiased opinion.
